1. Service Overview

Work's Not Working ("the Service") is an online platform that provides anonymous and pseudonymous community spaces for workplace-related discussion. The Service is operated at community.works-not-working.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each person may maintain only one account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post content that reveals another person's private or identifying information (doxxing)
• Distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Circumvent moderation actions, bans, or access restrictions
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of operating the Service. Content posted in public spaces is visible to all users. Content posted in private spaces is visible only to members of that space.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Space managers and platform administrators may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or the norms of a specific community space. Users may report content that they believe violates these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously violate these Terms.

6. Space Visibility

Spaces may be designated as public or private by their creators. Public spaces and their content are visible to all users, including unauthenticated visitors. Private spaces restrict access to approved members only. The Service enforces these visibility rules at the server level.

7. Account Suspension and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page. When you delete your account, your profile information is removed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Disclaimers and Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not responsible for content posted by users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.
